Just as golden hour softens the landscape, this practice softens the emotional space, allowing for connection, processing, and gentle renewal.

Meet Jen Taylor
Nurse Practitioner
MSN, AGNP, PMHNP-BC

Jen is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and adult-geriatric nurse practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience and more than a decade of practice as a nurse practitioner. Throughout her career, she has been drawn to work that focuses on quality of life, compassionate care, and supporting people through life’s most vulnerable moments.

 

Jen began her career in geriatrics, hospice, and palliative care, where she developed a deep appreciation for holistic, person-centered care. She later transitioned to working with individuals living with chronic neurological illness, helping patients and families navigate complex and life-changing conditions.

 

These experiences ultimately led Jen to focus her work in mental health. She believes that mental wellness plays a foundational role in overall well-being and that thoughtful, supportive care can meaningfully improve a person’s quality of life.

 

At Golden Hour Wellness, Jen brings a calm, compassionate approach to care. She values creating a space where people feel heard, respected, and supported as they work toward healing, resilience, and balance.

Thoughtful psychiatric care that prioritizes your goals and overall well-being. Jen provides non-rushed consultations to help you find the right balance for your daily wellness.

Combination of Therapy and Medication

A combined path to healing that weaves together therapy and medication support. Jen will work with you to understand what you’re going through, then thoughtfully tailor a plan that may include both approaches—always at your pace, with room for questions, reflection, and adjustment along the way.

Easily fit visits into your schedule. Primarily offered via secure telehealth to those residing in NH, VT and MA.
